Most frequent questions and answers

Every personal and business client of CNC will receive a registration link to the portal once sign up for the services. If you did not receive a link, check the Junk Items folder in your email and if it isn’t there, email our support team at admin@cncpa.ca for a new link.

By having a permanent account, your information will be better organized with a dedicated folder of your own. You will be assigned a password to access your uploaded documents, including the completed copies of your tax returns and the financial statements. Should you require this information for banking purposes, you can easily download and forward it to your banker. Rest assured that your information will remain accessible for up to seven years.

To increase security, registration links expire after 7 days. To receive a new link, contact our support team at admin@cncpa.ca for assistance.

We’ve tried to keep the folder structure simple for you to use. Each client has a set of folders related to documents that are being shared back and forth between yourself and your preparer, as well as a set of folders where documents such as your copy can be found.
