Our Process For Business Clients

Book a call

Book a free consultation meeting according to your schedule.

Step 2

Complete discovery questionnaire

Describe your existing issues. What is the scope of the engagement, what services you are looking for? What are your expectations from us?

Step 3

Discovery Call: Zoom or Google Meet, in-person, Phone

During the call share your existing pain points (issues), and your expectations from us as your new accounting firm, and learn about how we can help you. Use the same video link received through email in step 1 otherwise, we will you send you a new link if required.

Step 4

Proposal presentation

We will send you a written proposal that explains the fixed monthly fee for the services. We will also discuss different options to grow your business, and eliminate your accounting issues. 

Step 5

Client onboarding

At this step, we will send you an engagement letter, take over the books, and assign a qualified team to your file to manage your books. You will also receive a New Client Welcome Kit which will explain to you the remaining process to avoid any confusion.



It is recommended to go through the process. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your business, understand what’s working well, the challenges you’re facing and how we can help you to overcome those challenges.

Usually, the whole process takes 3 to 4 working days. It also depends on how busy you are to complete the discovery form. On our side it is pretty quick.
